Warranty Program

Most Senstar products include a three-year limited warranty effective from the original ship date from our manufacturing facility in Ottawa, Canada.

Exceptions include:

• Thin Client—two-year limited warranty
• StarNet software—two-year warranty
• Senstar Symphony—90-day warranty

In addition, the Senstar R-Series Network Video Recorders and workstations include next business day on-site hardware support during the warranty period.

Extended Warranty

Warranty extension for all Senstar products is available through the Senstar Care program.
