Camera Tampering

Detects if video has been compromised by obstructing the field of view or altering the position of the camera.

Signal Loss

Used with analog cameras connected to an encoder, the analytic detects if video input is a solid color, which often indicates signal loss.

Indoor People Tracking

Robust indoor people tracking.  Unlike simple motion detection, the analytic is optimized for indoor environments and avoids false events generated by shadows, small objects and floor reflections.

Outdoor Tracking

Robust outdoor people and vehicle tracking.  Unlike simple motion detection, the analytic is optimized for outdoor environments and avoids false events generated by lighting changes, vegetation movement, wind, snow, and rain.

PTZ Auto-Tracking

Enables pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras to automatically zoom in and follow a person or vehicle within the field of view.  Uses the indoor or outdoor video analytic for initial object detection.

Left Item Detection

Detects left and removed items based on user-defined minimum and maximum object size.

Crowd Detection

Real-time occupancy estimation for indoor and outdoor deployments, ideal for monitoring public spaces, event venues, and capacity-restricted environments.

License Plate Recognition

Reads license plate and other vehicle markings and seamless integrates the data into the site’s security and operational processes.

TCP Listener

TCP Listener listens for incoming metadata over a TCP socket and associates the metadata with an image or video. The Symphony VMS can use this the metadata to search for specific images or video.
