On August 16, 2021, Senstar Technologies Ltd. (formerly known as Magal Security Systems Ltd.)
(“Senstar”) announced a Cash Distribution in the amount of US$1.725 per share (approximately
US$ 40 million in the aggregate) (the “Cash Distribution”) payable on September 22, 2021.
