Meet Our Leadership Team


Alicia Kelly
Chief Financial Officer
Alicia Kelly has served as our Chief Financial Officer since March 2024 after serving as VP of Finance since 2019 when she joined us. Ms. Kelly oversees global accounting, financial reporting, controls, financial planning and analysis. Her career spans over 20 years of experience in financial management and business leadership at high tech corporations with global development and manufacturing capabilities. Prior to Senstar, Ms. Kelly served in group controller roles overseeing the worldwide operations of Curtiss-Wright in its Defense Solutions segment for nearly a decade. She also contributed as a Director within Curtiss-Wright’s Supply Chain and Customer Services functions. Ms. Kelly held progressive financial management positions in software development and contract manufacturing companies. Ms. Kelly is a CPA in Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Ottawa.
Jeremy Weese, PEng
Chief Technology Officer
Jeremy Weese has served as our Chief Technology Officer since March 2020. Mr. Weese joined Senstar in 1999 in a design engineering role. During his tenure with our company Mr. Weese has moved through progressive levels of responsibility within the research and development department. Prior to assuming the position of Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Weese was responsible for the Company’s product portfolio and research and development activities as VP of Engineering and overall operations as COO. Mr. Weese is a Professional Engineer and member of the IEEE. He holds a B.A.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
Matthieu Currat
Chief Operating Officer
Matthieu Currat has served as our Chief Operating Officer since July 2024 and as Vice President APAC since December 2023. Prior to this, he held multiple leadership roles at Omnisens SA, including CEO and COO positions. At Omnisens, he led strategy and implemented business improvements, and managed its successful integration within Prysmian Group. His earlier career includes various engineering and management positions at Technip across multiple countries. Matthieu holds extensive experience in project management, operations, and strategic growth in the energy and technology sectors. He earned a Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, and Production Management from ECAM Lyon in France.
Ethan Maxon
Vice President, US & LATAM
Ethan Maxon has served as Vice President of U.S. & Latin America since April 2024 and before that was Senior Director of Business Development. Mr. Maxon brings more than 30 years of experience in the video security and telecommunications industries. Early in his career he worked for Cisco Systems, Motorola, and ADVA Optical Networking, where the focus was on optical networking solutions for telecom companies. More recently his focus has been video and perimeter security solutions with leadership roles at Salient Systems, Arecont Vision and the TKH Group. Mr. Maxon's experience blends both U.S. and International Sales / Marketing experience. He has a B.A. from University of San Diego and has done some graduate work at UCLA Anderson School of Business and Capitol Technology University.
Michael Rumpf
Vice President, EMEA
Michael Rumpf has served as Vice President EMEA starting in April 2024. Since joining Senstar (and previously Aimetis) in September 2007, Mr. Rumpf has held dual roles, including Managing Director at Senstar GmbH and Senior Sales Director for Europe at Senstar. His leadership and strategic vision have significantly expanded Senstar’s footprint in the region, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge security solutions tailored to the needs of diverse clientele. Before Senstar, Michael was a key figure at VIDEOR E. Hartig GmbH, where he spearheaded product management for IP video projects, establishing himself as an expert in the field. With a career spanning over three decades, Mr. Rumpf continues to leverage his experience and insights to deliver solutions to customers.
