Senstar Technologies Announces Appointment of Tomer Hay as Chief Financial Officer
YEHUD, Israel – July 6, 2021 – Senstar Technologies (legal name: Magal Security Systems Ltd.) (NASDAQ: MAGS) announced today that Mr. Tomer Hay has been appointed as CFO of the Company. Mr. Hay will replace Mr. Yaacov (Kobi) Vinokur, who has been Magal’s CFO since 2016. Mr. Hay is expected to replace Mr. Vinokur following a transition period.
