Senstar LM100™ And Thin Client Receive 2018 AST Homeland Security Awards

Ottawa, ON, Canada–November 16, 2018–Senstar, a global provider of perimeter intrusion detection and video management solutions, is pleased to announce its Senstar LM100 hybrid perimeter intrusion detection and intelligent lighting system and Thin Client PC-alternative for video management have been awarded 2018 American Security Today (AST) Homeland Security Awards.

The Senstar LM100 won the platinum award in the best fencing category and the gold award in the best perimeter protection system category. Thin Client won silver in the best IP video surveillance category.

The AST awards are presented by American Security Today, a publication focusing on homeland security and public safety breaking news, as well as new physical and IT security initiatives and technologies. The awards honor new and established vendors that are providing innovative training and education programs, outstanding product development achievements and new solutions to address evolving homeland security threats.

The awards were presented at a luncheon as part of the ISC East Show in New York City on November 14.
