Ottawa, CANADA\u2013November 30, 2021\u2013<\/strong>Senstar, a world leader in video management solutions and perimeter intrusion detection systems, is pleased to introduce the E5000 Physical Security Appliance (PSA), a turnkey hardware and video management software (VMS) solution.<\/p>\n

The E5000 PSA combines ruggedized compact, purpose-built hardware with the Senstar Symphony\u2122 Common Operating Platform. Available in two models\u2014with 8 or 16 base VMS licenses\u2014the E5000 PSA is ideal for critical sites where vibration and extreme temperatures are difficult to manage, including remote utility and energy infrastructure, as well as space constrained environments.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe E5000 PSA is a complete security management system in a box,\u201d said Product Manager Todd Brisebois. \u201cSeamless integration with Senstar\u2019s perimeter intrusion detection systems, Senstar Symphony\u2122 Access Control<\/a>, Senstar Thin Client\u2122<\/a>, Senstar Enterprise Manager\u2122<\/a>, and Senstar\u2019s Outdoor Object Tracker video analytic, brings centralized management of an entire security system together.\u201d<\/p>\n

Low heat production ensures this ruggedized design is available in a small fanless form factor making the E5000 PSA the perfect solution for installations where space is limited and a small hardware footprint is required. The onboard processor provides stable performance with low heat generation and minimal cooling requirements, resulting in improved stability and longevity. A tough aluminum case, with heat dispersing fins draws heat away from the processor, enables the system to operate in environments not suitable for commercial off-the-shelf PCs. To provide installation flexibility, the E5000 PSA can be wall or desktop mounted ensuring easy placement in any scenario.<\/p>\n
